What information should I include in my enquiry?

The more details you provide, the more accurate our quotation will be. Ideally, include the grade and standard, material form (round bar, plate, coil, structural), size details such as diameter, thickness and length, required process route, and quantity in kilograms or pieces. You can also share drawings, cutting lists, or bills of quantities for faster processing. For export enquiries, please mention the destination and preferred Incoterms. If you only know the application requirements or required properties such as hardness, tensile strength, or section size, share those details and our team will suggest suitable grades.

How quickly will I hear back?

We aim to acknowledge every enquiry on the same working day and provide pricing and lead time details within 24 to 48 working hours. In cases where grade availability or specifications need confirmation from the mill, we will keep you updated throughout the process instead of leaving you waiting without information.

Do you supply outside Maharashtra, and do you export?

Yes, we supply across India and also handle export requirements. TSB Global LLP is GST registered in Maharashtra under GSTIN 27AATFT9502H1ZN. Interstate consignments are processed with applicable IGST, e-way bills, and required delivery documentation. For exports, we hold Importer Exporter Code AATFT9502H issued by DGFT and provide quotations based on Ex Works, FOB, CFR, and CIF terms. Please share your destination and documentation requirements during the enquiry stage so we can confirm suitable arrangements before quoting.

What documents do you need to set us up as a vendor?

You do not need to provide any documents to start an enquiry. Simply share your requirements and our team will provide the quotation. Once you are ready to proceed with a purchase order, we provide the required vendor onboarding documents, including GST certificate, PAN, Certificate of Incorporation, Udyam certificate, IEC certificate, cancelled cheque with bank details, and completed vendor registration forms. If your organization requires any additional documents, please let us know and we will arrange them accordingly.
